Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

New accounts start on a free trial with no payment required. You can evaluate the platform with your own operational data before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancelling stops future billing -- you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan limits.

4. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on that plan. Refund requests after 14 days, and refunds for subsequent monthly renewals, are considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@inspectafricapro.com with your company name and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Custom integration work, dedicated support engagements, and on-premise deployment fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once work has begun.
