We collect your email address, company name, and inspection data you enter into the platform. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the service.
Your data is used to provide the inspection management service. Inspection findings are processed by our AI engine (Risk Analysis) to generate risk assessments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Inspection findings are sent to our Risk Analysis engine for risk analysis. This processing uses the Anthropic Claude API. Data sent for analysis is not used to train AI models.
Photos uploaded during inspections are stored securely in our cloud storage. Only members of your organization can access your files.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can export your inspection data from the platform.
